Poultry
The poultry industry offers many opportunities to promote longer equipment life, longer lubricant service, reduced energy consumption and more uptime for the user. This industry has three primary areas: growing, processing and distribution.
The growing division encompasses farming and growing centres. The growing centres provide feed, water, and chemicals; all of that adds considerable burden on the operation of equipment. Dusty conditions, constant speeds, heavy loads and corrosive conditions are in constant existence. The lubricants used must provide resistance to pound-out, washout and shearing.
Processing Plants contain many pieces of equipment operating in conditions very conducive to the use of LE lubricants. The equipment operates in a very wet and demanding environment.
